First wedding of 2019 is always an exciting one, getting back into the swing of things after a few months of snowy weather and very few photoshoots. Jackie and Brian contacted me about their wedding day in November of 2018, for February. The moment we met, we got along which was perfect considering that was the same moment we realized we've been neighbors for the last 3 years! From then on out, we waved to each other on the street and our meetings were much more easier to coordinate being just a walk away!
Jackie and Brian have been my least picky couple when it comes to weddings, they put their trust in me completely to capture their wedding day. They chose Grimsby, Ontario, Canada for their venue. Jackie being from Toronto and Brian being from Buffalo, it made a perfect midway point for the bride and groom's family and friends. After a few change ups, they decided to do a courthouse wedding in Kenmore, NY then have me photograph the reception in Grimsby. It was a lovely evening, surrounded my friends and family from all over the U.S. and Canada, in a lovely location, Casablanca Inn & Winery.
One of my favorite moments of the night was when little Payton, Brian's 8 year old daughter made a "speech" at the reception, saying how happy she was now to have Jackie as her new stepmom, it was a precious moment and I was so happy to capture this adorable new family.
